Dell will start selling iPod

Dell surprised everyone yesterday by announcing it is starting to sell Apple iPod music players. Dell customers currently have three iPod models to choose from, ranging from $ 300 (with 5GB hard drive) to $ 500 (with 20GB hard drive).

As you know, Dell does not make its own MP3 players and until now has sold products to Archos and Creative Labs, and now to Apple. True, the company will distribute only those players that are compatible with Windows.

Apple says it shipped 140,000 iPods last month, of which 54,000 were for Windows PCs.
