List of DDR PC3200 Memory Modules Recommended by SiS

A page dedicated to DDR PC3200 SDRAM modules has been added to the list of DDR memory products certified and recommended for use with motherboards based on SiS chipsets.

As you can see from the screenshot, SiS has currently certified 7 different modules from six memory manufacturers.

Out of curiosity, I checked similar pages on the websites of chipset and processor manufacturers, the result was expected: on the Intel website page dedicated to DDR SDRAM certification, for obvious reasons, there are no PC3200 modules yet (and will not, I think, at least until March); there are no such modules among the memory products recommended for use by AMD. DDR400 is not observed among the memory recommended for use by NVIDIA, nor was it found on the page dedicated to the VIA DDR module certification program. However, after Intel has adopted a course to support DDR400, no one has any doubts that in the very near future there will be much more statements about certification of DDR SDRAM PC3200 memory modules. Especially from motherboard manufacturers.
