Cards on the Radeon 9700 PRO chip: will there be a difference in clock speeds of boxed and OEM versions?

Very soon cards based on the ATi Radeon 9700 Pro will appear in retail, and many are wondering whether the clock speeds of the chips and memory of these cards will be different in boxed and OEM deliveries?

Preliminary information has appeared on the 3D Chipset website that all OEM versions of Radeon 9700 PRO cards, at least from Guillemot, ATI, Sapphire, Connect3D and Blisware, will have chip / memory frequencies of 325 MHz / 620 MHz, while while the versions of the Radeon 9700 OEM cards will have frequencies of 300 MHz / 600 MHz.
