Kids embarrass Wakiso boss

Wakiso District chairman Eng. Ian Kyeyune was shocked that pupils at St. Peter’s COU Primary School all knew him when he visited.

When the time for his speech came, he asked the attentive parade: “Do you know me?”, They chorused: “Yes, we do.” He went on to ask where they saw him since he had never visited the school.

“On Side Mirror, on WBS TV,” they responded. Kyeyune, who was clearly at a loss for words, dropped the topic.

Kyeyune made headlines last year when residents of Busaabala poured dust on him and forced him to sit in the middle of the dusty road, while protesting the poor state of their road.
Popular comedians Amarula Family had a field day poking fun at him on their satirical TV show, Side Mirror.

Looks like those Busaabala kids have good memories.
